What this directory is

PJ Cleaning Service Guide lists 231 cleaning businesses operating in Petaling Jaya, built for homeowners, landlords, and office managers who need to shortlist a cleaner without wading through dozens of tabs. We cover everything from one-off spring cleans to recurring residential contracts and commercial janitorial work, and we try to lay out the practical details (service areas, specialties, contact routes) so you can compare providers quickly.

We pull public business information and combine it with a synthesis of recent Google review activity for each company. We do not copy or republish review text itself. Instead, we summarize patterns in sentiment and volume, and we link out to each business’s Google listing so you can read the original reviews yourself before deciding anything.

How rankings work

Every ranking on this site comes from a published rubric applied to data we collect, nothing else. The factors we score and how we weigh them are laid out in full on our methodology page, so you can check our working rather than take our word for it. No business pays to move up the list, and no business can push another one down.

Listings can and do get corrected. If a business spots an outdated phone number, wrong address, or an out-of-date service list, they can ask us to fix it and we will. What they cannot do is edit their own score, their sentiment summary, or their position in the ranking. That stays independent of the business being listed, by design.

Sponsorship, when it appears

Some pages may carry a sponsored placement. It is always labeled “Sponsored” and displayed separately from the earned ranking, never blended into it. Paying for a sponsored slot has no bearing on a business’s score or where it lands in the ranked list. The two systems are kept apart on purpose.

Where enquiries go

Alongside the directory, PJ Cleaning Service Guide generates enquiries for local providers. If you ask to be matched with a cleaner, we pass your request to providers relevant to your request, and we may earn a referral fee for that introduction. This is disclosed again at the point you submit a quote request. Referral arrangements of this kind never touch scores or earned rankings; they run on a completely separate track from how businesses are evaluated.

This site is published by Meridian Guides, which has run independent city directories for everyday services across Malaysia since 2025. Every Meridian Guides site uses the same published scoring method based on public customer reviews, sponsored placements are always labeled, and rankings are never for sale.
