Fix errors, dispute scores, or request removal

PJ Cleaning Service Guide pulls business details from public sources and scores each listing by running Google reviews through a single, fixed rubric that applies to every company listed here. Your business is free to list, and no payment affects your score or ranking. This page explains how to fix factual errors in your listing, challenge a score you believe is wrong, or request removal. Fixing factual errors

We correct factual fields such as your business name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, and services offered when you provide the correct information and something to verify it against, like a link to your website or your Google Business Profile. Once a correction is applied, it persists through future data refreshes.

Challenging a score

Scores are never adjusted by hand. If you dispute a score, you are telling us the input data is wrong in one of three ways: the listing is matched to the wrong business, reviews have been attributed incorrectly, or a summary misstates what reviewers actually wrote. We check the sources again and regenerate the listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher number.

Requesting removal

We remove listings when the business has permanently closed, when a listing is a duplicate of another, or when the listing falls outside this directory's scope. Our monthly verification cycle automatically catches and removes closed businesses as well. If your listing is accurate and in scope, a removal request may be declined, and we will tell you why plainly.

How fast we respond

Every request is acknowledged within 5 business days. Confirmed removals are actioned within 7 days. Declined requests come with an explanation.
